What is a good PDF mobile app for the iPad?

Looking for something less than $10 in the app store (non-subscription based). Something that will give me more like editing, create PDF from Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Convert images and scanned documents to PDF, Export PDF files to Word, Excel, or Powerpoint format, Access via desktop and mobile. Adobe charges $9.99/month which is priced to high.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Combine that with Documents 5 to help you manage and sync your files.

Document 5 is made by the same company as Expert 5 and work seamlessly together, allowing you to work on documents in one and saving changes in the other.
