Outlook 2013 crashes when printing email

Hello, when I try to print an email from Outlook 2013 it crashes.   I have run a quick and full repair, searched for the outlprn file to remove it, I could not find the outlprn file and I made sure the printer drivers were ok.  I also started outlook in safe mode but it still crashes during a print.

Other applications print.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this problem?

Is it particular email?

If not, try a new outlook profile.

It is not a specific email.

Ok, I will create a new profile and report back.

It was the printer that was corrupt.  I changed printers and it worked fine.  I had to delete the printer and then add it back and it worked fine.

The correct answer was to remove the printer and add it back.
