No devices found on Seagate Sdrive

I'm trying to set up my Seagate personal cloud for remote access, or even local access for my ipad and android phones.
I can access the cloud from my Win 8.1 tablet, but using the Sdrive app on the ipad or phones just shows "No devices found".
This happens with either the admin user or a new user that's created.

The personal cloud is model SRN21C

I try to "add device", but all I get is a prompt to enter an invitation code.  I have never seen one.  When a user is set up, there is a confirmation code, but that doesn't work as an invitation code.

Check to see if your firewall/anti-virus software is blocking it. I have a Seagate NAS and Kaspersky was preventing me from accessing it and the files on it.

Seagate tech support pointed out that there is a different "Sdrive" application specifically for the Personal Cloud.  Using that fixed the problem.

The problem wasn't with the Personal Cloud itself, it was with the version of "Sdrive" I was using, and the correct version was not easily available - needed Seagate tech support to send me a link to it.
What is the link? Can you please send it? I have the exact same problem.
