portfast on Trunk link

What's the purpose of using "spanning-tree portfast trunk" ? I suppose "spanning-tree portfast" should be used on interface directly connected to host but I see this command to use on a trunk link. Any idea ?

Thanks

You can have that port configuration for servers or trunk port for PC and phone (or trunk port from switch to router) to prevent STP delay .
Basically, for end devices capable to speak and understand taggish. :)

What's the different with and without this command ? Do you mean STP will not run on this trunk link ? Tks
JustInCaseCommented:
Yes, that's it, spanning-tree portfast trunk command disables STP on a trunk port.
