IP address info

I have been looking at netflow data and saw that IP addresses and are pounding the connection on numerous routers across several of my sites. I cannot find anything about these addresses that would ring a bell. I did an online search, the IP is somewhere  in Slovakia.

Is there another way I can look this up or do? I am assuming I could implement acl blocking the IP from entering. It's just weird that I have the same IP showing up at different sites.

If you put that in your browser, it redirects to http://www.eset.com/us/ .  It's your antivirus.
