Who change what in a database SQL 2012


Can some one post a script that can put into a Database, where by it generate a report to find out what changes happened daily basis.

May trigger, or any report to me see daily to manage my environment. this is because we are working in team, as a manager I need to see what changes happened on the data base.

Unfortunately no one can do that at least not without knowing your schema.

What we can do is ask you for more information about your system and what you are trying to achieve.  Is it the Who, what, and when that you need.  If so depending on your SQL Server version and edition it may be possible with minimal coding.  Otherwise you are looking at building triggers for all your tables with the appropriate code to log the results.  If you also want to know what was viewed, by who and when then it is more complicated.
