Chrome setting

I have run a self-signed IIS website with IE. It works fine. However, it doesn't work on Chrome with the message below, Any idea ? Tks

If you are running the Chrome browser on Windows XP, XP may not support the SSL encryption version used on your site.

I don't know which version of IIS you are using.
This page tells you the SSL versions supported by IIS.

This page from Google mentions the removal of support for SSL 3.0.  It mentions that sites need to be updated to at least TLS 1.0.!topic/security-dev/Vnhy9aKM_l4
