I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you are running the Chrome browser on Windows XP, XP may not support the SSL encryption version used on your site.

I don't know which version of IIS you are using.
This page tells you the SSL versions supported by IIS.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/187498

This page from Google mentions the removal of support for SSL 3.0.  It mentions that sites need to be updated to at least TLS 1.0.
