asked on Citrix XenApp 6.5 Hotfix Apply Returns Error 2755 - 1632 - MPS.MSI
Internal error 2755. 1632 <path to install files>\mps.msi
After mounting the ISO and pointing to this file, it still returns the error when attempting to apply hotfix, or even running a Change/repair on the installation.
Any ideas?

Have you tried just copying the file to the XenApp server and running it there?

CarlWebster, I tried this a while ago with the same resulting error. But I will try again today. I'll take a closer look at the MSI error codes to see if it sheds any light...

Also try using the command line option to get detailed logging.

make sure you logged in using full admin account and running the exe as run as administrator.

Resolved internally. I Identified c:\windows\installer to be corrupt, renamed/recreated
