Citrix XenApp 6.5 Hotfix Apply Returns Error 2755 - 1632 - MPS.MSI

xenapp hotfix install errorWhen trying to apply Citrix XenApp hotfix rollup 4, or 5 we get the attached error;
Internal error 2755. 1632 <path to install files>\mps.msi

Open in new window

After mounting the ISO and pointing to this file, it still returns the error when attempting to apply hotfix, or even running a Change/repair on the installation.

Any ideas?

Have you tried just copying the file to the XenApp server and running it there?

CarlWebster, I tried this a while ago with the same resulting error. But I will try again today. I'll take a closer look at the MSI error codes to see if it sheds any light...

Thanks,
