Locking down a taskpad

I have authored a task pad so that specific users could change passwords on user objects in our 2008 domain.  I have locked down the task pad view so that these users can only change passwords, enable, and disable accounts.  Yet when they right click on an object, they see all the tasks available to perform on user objects.  Is there a way to turn off the right click function, or limit what is seen in the right-click menu?
