ESX 3.5 Virtual machine migration

hi

I have windows 2003 STD Server as VM in VMWARE ESX 3.5. I want to move this VM to Windows 2008 Hyper-V. How can I do move this server fm ESX 3.5 to Hyper-V

Use disk2vhd tool to convert VM from VMware to Hyper-V.
