How to perform a network installation from a minimal install?

HI Experts,

Considering this question: http://www.experts-exchange.com/OS/Linux/Q_28629944.html I would like to know how to perform a network installation based in a previous minimal installation already done.

The distribution is CentOS 7.

Thanks!

can you do anything at all like find out if you have network connected and able to reach Internet?

Does yum work? Test with "yum update" for example, see if you get any errors.

If yum works you can install the base software by doing a groupinstall:

yum groupinstall Base

You can see what other groupinstalls exists by doing:

yum grouplist

yum command doesn't work (that was my first bet).
I need to configure VMware in order to have networkservices, just give me some time to acomplish that.

On CentOS 7 you should be able to see ip information with the command "ip addr" and link information with the command "ip link".
