Office 365 Portal to ADFS login redirect
Hi
We have a corporate AD domain environment with Office 365 authenticating using ADFS.
When users go to to https://login.microsoftonline.com/ portal and type in the email address in the email address field, e.g. firstname.secondname@mydom ain.com, they get re-directed to our adfs.mydomain.com page and prompted to enter both, their username (email) and password.
My question:
The users are complaining about having to enter the username (email address) twice (once in the MS portal and once in the ADFS prompt). Is there anything that can be done to either auto-complete the email address part or otherwise not force the users to type in the email address twice?
Thanks
m
