Formatting WD MyBook Live for Windows 8.1

Formatting WD MyBook Live for Windows 8.1

I have 1TB WD MyBook Live listed on Mac OSX 10.10.2 [TopQuark] Go Network as ‘M’ and ‘M-backup’  Sharepoints.

These drives are connected to Apple Airport Extreme via Ethernet/Cat5.

These drives were used with Windows 7 Pro and folders/files are no longer needed.

CMD-I returns

Kind: Mac
Where: Network

More Info: Fetching… (never completes)

How do format these drives as single drive for use with Parallels 10/Windows 8.1 and Acronis 2015 Backup?

I use Time Machine 1 TB drive and Acronis to backup Mac HD to 1TB USB drive. but want additional backup of Windows 8.1 files.

If you are usinfpg Acronis with it then the drive is already formatted in FAT32.
If you want just erase it then format it again in FAT32 because NTFS or HFS+ format would cause problems of compatibility for both Mac and Windows.

My concern is illustrated in two attached files: Note that WD MyBook drive is shown with MAC - not PC. So, I don't see how to format as FAT32?
