Restrict Emails to external email accounts (external receipients)

Hi Guys,

I am facing a serious problem, recently we have migrated to zimbra opensource edition in our organization. Everything went so well and the management is so happy. But recently a requirement came up to restrict all our employees on the zimbra server emailing to some random accounts (people of have unsubscribed for our regular emails).

Can someone please guide me on how this can be achieved ? We are using Zimbra Version 8.5.

Thanks.

Sad that no one has any answer to my question, however I was able to find a solutions for it. We can restrict emails from Zimbra to a particular recipient or a list of recipients using Zimbra Postfix access file.

The file can be located at

/opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/access

I will publish a tutorial on it shortly.
