samba server

Hi: I have configured Samba server on Red hat 6. I have created one folder and one group and there are 5 members in a group they are able to access the folder and have full access but I want
1:- if one member created any folder or file then other member of the same group can not able to open or edit the file.

2:- if it can not be done then please help me to assign/create user in such way that they can able to work in single folder but not able to access other users file or folder in same common folder.

3:- If any users tried to access other users folder or deleted other users file then how I would be able to track for the same.

Try setting the sticky bit on that group folder:
# chmod +t <folder>
