Novell Client Memory Leak Fix Needed

We have Novell Client 2 SP2 for Windows Server 2008 (IR6a) running a Windows 2008 32-Bit terminal server. After a few hours all applications become very slow and a full disconnect is required to regain the response needed. The session disconnect fixes the problem each time, but I don't think I should have to do it. We are running legacy DOS applications that will not run in 64 Bit environment. The client listed is the latest and best for our required environment.

Is there any settings or registry changes which will help the apparent memory leak causing a reboot.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you sure of the sp level?
I see a sp3 out there.

You could try turning off the client side file caching just in case.

the SP3 will not work on 2008 . . . we do not have R2

IMPORTANT: The Novell Client for Windows is only for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012 on x86 or x64 platforms. This client will not run on Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, or earlier Windows platforms.

I will try the client side file caching recommendation
