I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. I think what you want to use is the new Group Policy Preferences (GPP) to add the registry keys for the desired Office 2013 applications.

Which Office apps do you have installed?

for Access 2013 use:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Access Connectivity Engine\Engines]
    "SandBoxMode"=dword:00000002

If you are using the 32 bit version of Access 2013 on a 64 bit OS, I believe the SandBoxMode value is under the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Access Connectivity Engine

You need to download the Office 2013 ADMX files.

Install them according to your environment (for example - add them to your Central Store).

You don't mention what macro settings you're interested in.  Maybe the VBA Macro Notification Settings?  That would be found under something like
User Configuration / Policies / Administrative Templates / Microsoft Word 2013 / Word Options / Security / Trust Center
The macro settings are configured on a per-application basis, so there are separate settings for Word, Excel, etc.
