Once you have the vm cloned, just increase the hard disk to 100. &nbsp;Ideally you want one vmdk per drive<br />

then in windows, rescan the hard disks in computer management/Disk Management, right click and rescan.<br />

You should see the extra disk and can just extend the volume.

I think you will have to create a vm from the template, increase the drive sizes as you see fit, then convert it back to template again.
