Outlook 2010 Synch log

How can I stop synchronization logs from being emailed to my Outlook? I am receiving hundreds of emails titled "Synchronization Log:"

They aren't emailed to your client, they are created by the client.
100s of them would tend to suggest there is a problem with the synchronisation. You need to look at the logs to see what the problem is. It could be an individual item which is repeating over and over again.

You can delete the logs, but not stop them from being generated - but you should really resolve the issue.

As stated you really should look into the issues at hand first. But regarding your initail question you can turn this feature off in Outlook. Do the following below...
- Tools menu, click Options
- Other tab, click Advanced Options
- Clear the Enable logging troubleshooting check box
