Access 2013 - permissions

My OS is win 7 prof 64 bit and i use Access 2013.  As this small file contains some sensitive data, thus I would like to see a log of anyone or everyone who retrieved the file to do anything on it.  is there a way in code that I can do this.  At the moment, there are no User permissions and anyone can open the file.  Thank u for your suggestions.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

in response to DatabaseMX, the information is my passwords that I custom created for the various web sites that I want to store, and as this password will be created from a combination of UCaps, Lcaps, numbers, and all the extended characters from my keyboard, which I myself will not be able to remember unless stored somewhere and removed from the pc whenever the pc is not in use or power off.
