I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't know how you've managed that, but you have it displaying field codes instead of values. Note that the hyperlinks in the document all show the same curly braces around them as well.

Best guess is that under Word options/Advanced, you have the option checked to "Print field codes instead of their values". If you uncheck this setting your document should print as you want it to.

See this MS link for further details on field display and switches:

I opened your .docx file in Word 2010 32 bit  (Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit PC) and used both Save as PDF and Create Adobe PDF - Acrobat PDF Maker Office COM Addin.

Both files contain the page numbers.

Perhaps this is an issue with your MS Office 2010 software.
