How deploy C++ app created with Borland BUilder v6.0

I have created an app, using Borland Builder6.

When I try to run it from a different PC on the same network, I get the response that 'the program can't start because vcl60.bpl is missing from your computer'.

I have now installed a copy of vcl60.bpl, into the System32 folder, but I get the same message.

I copied the program to the other PC, and get a similar failure mode which mentions vcl60.bpl.

Following advice elsewhere on the web, I have tried:-

Under Project/Options
Complier tab: Click release
Packages tab: Un-check 'Build with runtime packages'
Linker tab: Uncheck first 3 items under Linking

Under those settings, the program does not compile at all on the base PC.

Advice about how to deploy my app would be most welcome.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. If you are on a 64-bit windows the file must be stored in SysWow64 folder where all 32-bit executables reside.

or better put the file to the same folder where the executable of your application resides.
