exchange 2007

Dear
I have a case I have a Exchange server 2007 but it is not in my organization , i have discovered that when i sent mail to certain mail account , i have received 2 delivery reports one from user and another form another account , also i have received 2 read reports from the same 2 accounts my question is how i can trace if someone hacking this mail server and create account , modify the settings of this user by making forward option , i nee to make sure is this hacking issue or someone access the mail server with user name and password and do this , please advise .

If the server isn't in your organisation, then there isn't much you can do.
It almost certainly sounds like the mailbox has a forward on it to another mailbox, and that would be set at the server level as a store and forward to get the read receipts. However there can be many legitimate reasons why that is happening.

I don't understand your question.
Delivery reports (the email was delivered) is a server setting. Read receipts are a client setting.

Sorry I mean create new mail and forward option it is a server role

Yes, that is something that can only be done within Exchange.
