jpeg to Word Converter Recommendation

I don't think you can convert directly.

Just create a new word document,
Go to the "Insert" tab
Click on "Pictures"
Browse to your picture file and click "Insert"

You can then resize it, move it about and save it as a Word file.

Most OCRs will do that. Omnipage, Finereader, etc. Just download a trial and see if it fits your needs.
