DirSync & AD User "Logon Hours"

If a user's AD "Logon Hours" is set to always Deny 24/7 will DirSync be able to sync the user to Exchange Online/Office 365?
Also, since this AD "user" is a shared mailbox, will other users be able to add it as an "Additional Mailbox"

What about simply having access to the user has the service named, DirSync_Service_OnPrem?
I take it it doesn't matter either?
Not sure what you mean by that...
