DirSync & AD User "Logon Hours"

If a user's AD "Logon Hours" is set to always Deny 24/7 will DirSync be able to sync the user to Exchange Online/Office 365?
Also, since this AD "user" is a shared mailbox, will other users be able to add it as an "Additional Mailbox"

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The logonHours attribute is not synced to O365, so it will make no difference. If however you are using AD FS, the login will happen against the on-prem servers and the attribute will be respected.
