Synchronize AD Users to Azure and Office 365

We currently have an Azure subscription setup in my colleagues name who left the company. At the same time I have setup a trial of Office 365. I want to be able to sync users from AD to both subscriptions. Currently I can only get the Sync to work with Office 365. I believe I need to Link the Office 365 Azure AD with the other Azure subscription.  The documentation online is quite confusing.

How to I sync to both accounts using the Directory Sync Tool?

Thanks,

James

Thanks Vasil. I managed to add the directory to Azure. All the user accounts are being synced across now. It seems to have created them with .onmicrosoft.com domains. Do I have to add our domain to allow users to login using their normal AD credentials?

What I am trying to achieve is we want host an internal website on Azure and authenticate users to AD. The directory has a appeared on my user account. Not sure what I need to do to share it out so the other users and the website can access.
