I am looking to update our Exchange 2007 sp1 to Exchange 2007 sp3<br />

When I go to run the service pack.. <br />
I get Error Message<br />
Active Directory Schema is not up to date and Ldifde.exe is not installed on this computer<br />
&nbsp;Run ServerManagerCmd -I RSAT -ADDS<br />
<br />
I have looked around. and this seems pretty straight forward.<br />
<br />
But before I do. I try to ask the Experts and a final check and balance.<br />
<br />
So its it as easy as running that command?<br />
<br />
And what is actually happening that We have to install this?
