I'm generating sample data in Excel, and I need to create random values within a percentage range.<br />
<br />
For example, let's say I have a widget with an average cost of $10. &nbsp;With any given row, I want to generate values that are plus or minus 20% of $10. &nbsp;So, the value needs to be anywhere from $8 to $12. &nbsp;I don't want any values that are less than $8 or more than $12.<br />

Does anyone know a formula or function that can accomplish that?<br />
