SBS 2011 need to turn off the Server Fire wall on the Serve

I need to turn off the Server firewall on an SBS2011 Server.  The option is greyed out on the Server, and it does not seem to be in any domain policies.  However it has to be I can't find it

go into services and set the windows firewall service to disabled.after stopping it.
