On occasions incoming emails, from known sources, are rejected and quarantined and a content policy warning appears in my inbox.<br />

I suspect it is picking up on some words that may have dual meanings and rejecting the emails based on this. My question is can I reduce the level or change the content filtering in any way to prevent this occurring.

Content Policy within SBS 2003

Content management (CM) is a set of processes and technologies that supports the collection, managing, and publishing of information in any form or medium. When stored and accessed via computers, this information may be more specifically referred to as digital content, or simply as content.
