E-mail Tracking grayed out on new Business Contacts in Outlook 2010 BCM

I have an Outlook 2010 BCM Database hosted via SQL Express on a Windows Server that services 5 Outlook 2010 users. They all connect to the BCM Database hosted on the server. The database is 2GB. We have run trouble free for a few years.

For an unknown reason all the users can no longer enable Email Tracking for a new Business Contact. The E-mail Tracking button on the ribbon is grayed out. Prior Business Contacts continue to work fine and the Email Tracking button is not grayed out.

I have tried to toggle from off-line to on-line mode, remove and re-install Office and BCM.

This was a non-issue. Turns out if the contact doesn't have an email address added then the button will remain greyed out.
