Share Point 3.0 not showing New and Setting tabs

new and settings tabs not showing for 1 user in sharepoint 3.0 calendar. User has full rights and these tabs show on second calender. His computer is running windos 7 and Sharepoint is on server 2012. Please any help with this would be great.

One of my users had this last week, and running IE in compatibility mode solved it.

I suggest walking through the problem with the user first, changing the compatibility settings. Check how the browser versions stacks up against others. Make sure it's the x32 version of the browser, not the x64.
