An attorney claims he had an editable text PDF that he digitally signed and locked, and then printed to Adobe PDF (File > Print > Adobe PDF). He claims that after printing it to PDF, it became an image only file (not searchable).
Is this possible? He submitted it to the Court and the file was rejected so I really need to figure out how this could have happened. I did not think it was possible to print an editable text file as image only.

The author's initial post asked it it's possible to print a PDF as an image. Before any other posts were made, he figured out that one way is if Print As Image is checked. So his third post (still before any other posts were made) became, in essence, the new question:

There are other PDF print drivers that create image-only PDFs.This certainly answers the question of "ANY OTHER way to make an image only file by printing to PDF" and I think deserves to be an Assisted Solution. Regards, Joe
