best games for moving arms (physical exercise) and having fun?

I would want to exercise the upper part of the body at home while having fun....   so I thought to buy some games (hardware+software) like tennis or volleyball with a motion detection hardware like Kinect or Wii or Move.

I'm totally new to video games and only have an i7 notebook with Windows and an average video performance and a big 55" TV as computer display.

What hardware (dedicated console or my Windows PC? motion detection device or Kinect?)  and software (game) would you suggest to buy in a budget of 100-500€?

Hi there,

There are a few options that might suit your needs:

1. Kinect for Xbox One - http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/kinect-for-xbox-one
a) Kinect Sports game - http://www.rareusa.com/games/kinect-sports
b) Star Wars - http://rdsrc.us/bGS17M
c) Wipeout contains a variety of obstacle courses

2.  http://www.nintendo.com/wiiu has quite an extensive collection of games that all require physical interaction.  I had a lot of fun with Wii Sports (tennis, golf, baseball, etc)

3) Console emulators are a huge industry.  For example, http://console-emulator.com/
a)  Just keep in mind the information (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_game_console_emulator) and possible risks (http://www.emulator-zone.com/) "Trust only sites that you know (such as us!) and be sure that if such an emulator is released you will know about it first hand. Do not fall for scams aimed to trick you into installing a fake program that could very well include viruses."

I hope this information is enough to get you started and should keep you in your allotted budget.  Let me know if you need anything else!
