CuteWebUI.Ajaxuploader not working

Hey guys

Ok, here is what I am needing.  I have been authorized to find someone who will troubleshoot our AjaxUploader module on a website.

Here is the scenarios

2 servers, one in Dallas the other in Houston
Servers use MS SQL and the SQL is in a mirrored configuration (one primary, one mirrored, only one is active at a time)
Both servers use IIS as the webhosting server and both IIS websites are Exactly the same
The Houston server received the installation first and it worked flawlessly
The Dallas server was installed next and when we flip the MS SQL databases to make Dallas active the Ajax Uploader module fails miserably.  

My SQL guy is at a loss.

Any help you can give or want to get paid for I am open to suggestions
