reporting of web traffic of employees
Could you show me examples of software when a non technical supervisor can see the web traffic in easy to read format of all their employees.
For example software that shows facebook is number one visited page by employee and charts the length of time
Reason: friend visits 100's of facebook pages at work and I want to show how supervisor can see colorful charts and graphs without asking a computer programmer for a long list text file log
Friend thinks because supervisor is non technical that browsing activity is secret

What's your firewall?
What is your setup? Does it include a proxy that includes logs that includes the originating user IP in the request?
If you have the information is to list the per IP web access on work timetable with a distribution of sites accessed.
There are many log crunching tools that will display data in any way you need. need to know What data you have and the format of said data.

I am looking for generic answers because I do not know anything about my friends workplace.
I just want to show my friend (using pictures) that going on facebook may be tracked
