At my current place of work, management wants to keep around email for long period of times after people leave the company. Since people have no restriction when coming to mailbox size, that adds up quickly. Right now, we keep pst stored on the file server taking 0.5Tb and growing fast. How would you approach this kind of issue. Should I just propose an USB storage solution so I can take the PSTs off of the file servers HD? How about cloud solution or an appliance like Barracuda Archiver?
