Duplicate Folders in Outlook 365

I have a customer that somehow through the years has wound up with a SyncIssues and SyncIssues1 folders and RSS Feed and RSS Feed1 folders in their Outlook. Is there any easy way to reset these folders to their correct names and get rid of the duplicates.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

First of all, check if those are Outlook artifacts, or are also visible in OWA. You can then copy the items to the correct one (easy way to determine the 'correct' one is via Get-MailboxFolderStatistics, it will be of type 'RssSubscription' and 'SyncIssues' respectively), then delete the duplicate one. Running Outlook with the /resetfolders might help as well (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Command-line-switches-for-Outlook-2013-079164cd-4ef5-4178-b235-441737deb3a6). If all else fails, you can use MFCMAPI to remove the duplicate folder: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2509983
