icloud removal
I need help with removing icloud out look data file. I clicked remove but it does not get deleted from out look data file. I already have it uninstalled from my computer. please help Basem

I already have done that , What I am asking for is when you go to tools --account setting--outlook data file --icloud is there. when I click remove I get an error message /dialog box???
create a dummy file go to the folder right click select new text file
rename that file to the expected filename and extension that outlook is looking for.
This will create a 0 byte file that you can now remove from mail
and then you can delete it.

select the icloud data file then 'open folder"
if the folder doesn't exist then create the folder, you may not have permissions on that folder
if the file doesn't exist then right click on the folder select new -> text file name it whatever you want and then close notepad (if it opened) then rename the file to what icloud wants it to be with the extension .pst.. now try removing it

The folder does not exist as the screen capture shows David. Can you please tell me step by step how to what you suggested ?create the folder, you may not have permissions on that folder

it has been 2 days and I already requested attention to my issue and nothing has been done .I am a paying customer and I am waiting everyday and nothing is posted what am I supposed to do now?? request attention for the second time. My question can be that that hard !! I am not an expert but I am sure this website has a lot of experts that someone should be able to help.
