Cisco 4321 is in and working, but unable to access from outside across MPLS.

Hello EE,

I have a Cisco 4321 local to me and my MPLS to a remote Cisco 4321.
The remote 4321 replaces an older Cisco router with same IP Address.
It is in and working, but from my location can ping but not telnet to it.
What am I missing?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Does it show something like this?

Network error: Connection refused

Most likely you'll just need to to add this three things here

config t
!
username MYUSERNAME privilege 15 password 0 MYPASSWORD
!
line vty 0 4
login local
transport input telnet ssh
!

Line 3, you can set the privilege level, 15 is the highest
Line 7, you can select transport input as telnet only if you want or ssh only
Let me know if this helps
