New Exchange database does not have correct Full permissions on it
I had an audit done on my exchange 2010 server and It was suggested I break up my 450 GB database into 3 200 gb databases. I created one new database, mounted it with no errors and for testing I moved a mailbox to it. After the mailbox was moved I could not access form the client side or send email to the account.
In EMC looked at the full permissions on this mailbox and noticed only nt authority\self has access to it. all the mailboxes on the original database it has besadmin, exchange domain servers, Exchange servers, exchange trusted subsystems. (domain administrator account), and nt authority\system.
How do I correct this so the permissions are the same if I move a mailbox or create a new mailbox on this new database.

Thanks,
I deleted and created new one. This time I waited 15 minutes before moving any mailbox to it. Correct security is being applied

1. Login to OWA and let me know what the error is.
2. Check the Event Viewer for the error message and advise.
