Blackberry 10 Active Sync Mail Not Deleting On Server
Hey Guys,
Blackberry Passport BBOS10 device setup using active sync.
When the user deletes a mail on the handheld it is not reflected in outlook.
Any ideas? If his outlook is cached exchange mode is this to be expected?

I provided a fix for the user yesterday, disabled cached exchange on his laptop/vpn setup.
This user is a remote user for us, once I did this the device and outlook are now reflecting each others changes.
How do you think this will work as a solution for him?
I am also considering what Sembee says.

Cached mode should have nothing to do with it.
ActiveSync is a live connection to the mailbox, so changes made there should reflect on the mailbox, which will reflect in Outlook.
You need to look in OWA, see if the messages are being deleted there. If they are, then the problem is with Outlook, most likely a corrupt OST file.
If the change is not being reflected in OWA, then the problem is with the device.
Simon.
