windows firewall allow the connection if it is secure
Hello im in AD 2012 with DC 2012 R2
Im trying to configure by gpo a firewall rule for RDP (port 3389) and ive checked the option "allow the connection if it is secure" with "Allow the connection if it is authenticated and integrity-protected"
Ive add my username in "Remote users" Tab
Im trying to connect in rdp on the server and it's not working. If i unchecked "allow the connection if it is secure" everything work fine
Im using windows 8.1 for my pc and trying to connect to a windows 2012 r2 server
Any ideas ?
Thanks !

I suggest you inform yourself what windows sees as a secure connection. In short: You would need to use ipsec connections..
ASKER
you mean like a vpn ?
Ipsec is authenticated network traffic. It works with certificates (user or machine based).
ASKER
DO you have a website that tell us how it work ?
