samimpl.exe - application error

All of the sudden I have both Windows 7 & 8 clients receiving samimpl.exe - application error warnings.  I do know that there were some windows updates that were recently installed but I cannot find anything online about this error message.  Does anyone know anything about this error message that could help out?

You may have monitoring software on your computer from a company called Deep Software.

Look in the folder  C:\Windows\sysnchrb and see if it is there.

samimpl.exe seems to be connected to a file called amsvce.exe which is a part of Deep Software and is in the folder mentioned above.

Again this is monitoring software that some anti-virus products may flag as malware.  If this was installed without your knowledge then you may need to take action.

Thanks.  We do use softactivity (from Deep Software) to monitor the usage.  I'll check that out.  Thanks.

The issue is exactly that.  The monitoring software is the culprit.  Thanks
