Behavior of shortcuts on the desktop
Hello Experts,
We have noticed that icons on the desktop suddenly change their target, these are the cases:
1. When the target of the shortcut is an App in another computer like the server or any other workstation, if the server is off or the lan is not working the Shortcut changes automatically to target the desktop... Later when the server is on or the LAN is connected the Shortcut is not useful anymore.
2. When the folder the shortcut is targeting changes name sometimes the shortcut also changes its tager to continue targeting the same folder with new name.... this is not what we intend.
So please why shortcuts behave like these and how can we make them stay the way were created regalrless the circumstances?
Regards,
