Vmware Update Manager Question

I've recently began upgrading our hosts from 5.1 to 5.5 and have already upgraded our vshield, vcenter, srm etc to 5.5.

As I've been upgrading hosts to ESXI 5.5 Update 2, I've been re-creating my update manager baselines for patches. However, I'm not quite sure on one part of this.

After I scan my host it shows I have 18 patches to apply, but 2 of the patches are: "VMware ESXi 5.5 Complete UPdate 2" and ESXi 5.5 update 1.

I installed an HP ESXi 5.5 Update 2 image when I did the upgrade from 5.1 to 5.5

If I go through with installing the patches does that mean it will install esxi 5.5 update 2 again? but the non HP image one?

Thanks Melanie.

I went ahead and updated keeping those packages in there, and I do still have my HP image as the main image after the update. Just wasn't sure at first as the download was showing it was a 600+MB file which is the size of the ESXi ISO. So was worried it was going to try to install that and replace my HP image.
