How to export data from a 4dd file

I need to export data in a 4dd database. I do not have a 4dd database engine but I have all 4dd files. Is there a free database engine to run such file and export data using an odbc connection?
Thanks

Do you have MS Access?  If so, attach the 4DD table specifying the ODBC driver.  You should be able to see the rows and fields.

How do you have a 4dd database file without having 4dd software?

The simplest approach would probably be to use the ODBC drivers to read the data.
