Unless I missed it, you are likely to be small. Focus on small companies (6 or 7 people up to (say) 40 or a few more).

For companies such as this, they need one or two days a week of IT support for Servers, Workstations, Networks and training. They cannot afford and do not need their own people.

I have been doing this for years and there is lots of work.

Read my article on Independent Business Consulting.

i think it depends on what your company is doing and what kind of resources (people and infrastructure) your company currently has. any more details about these?

it may also depends your current clients as it's easy to cover more on their businesses if your company got good relationship with them. you need to work out what they need and expect based on your analysis of their bottleneck in business.

actually we are looking for big & mid size companies, we wantto enter into the IT Services, right now we don't have any client
This will be hard to do.

1. Big companies usually have their own IT staff.
2. What do you offer a big company that they do not already have?
3. No clients = no current experience to help you.

I have talked to big clients and (a) nothing for me and (b) not a good fit anyway. I stay where customers need my services.
what about the mid size companies, can you suggest what kind of companies we can target.
100 employees need 1 permanent tech person as a average metric.

So I would target between 50 and 100 employees.

You also need to be prepared to demonstrate your skills and experience.
for us technical skill's doesn't matter, & we have a big infrastructure, we wont hesitate to hire people also if we need any, so we need something to initiate
our company is currently a BPO, which we will run as a side business, we want to come to the totally IT technology based business ( SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT,NETWORK,SECURITY etc...)
You need to develop a marketing program if you are already big so that companies know how you can assist them.
can you suggest me something for marketing plan, & what we can offer them... right now in the top of my head is IT infrastructure outsourcing & IT Auditing & penetration testing
You need a flyer or a website that details these. What you are up against is that large companies provide these services in house tailored to their needs, Perhaps visit one or two target companies
i know that john... but what we can do to into this business, we already have the website ready...
You have to visit / advertise. Your target companies will not likely come looking. I am not sure what else to say because I deal with these companies daily in one form or another.
so what do you think about IT infrastructure outsourcing & IT Auditing & Penetration Testing... is there any other service you can suggest
Most companies would probably hire someone to do penetration testing so if you can develop that skill, it will be valuable. Otherwise companies have workstation and server expertise already. That is IT infrastructure. Another channel is cabling and network. One of my customers (50 people) supplies such services to larger companies.
The answer you selected seemed a little narrow for your very wide question.
