Delegating control to a Global Security Group within an OU

I have a Security Group-Global that I am using as a Role.  This group is in the Roles OU.  I need to delegate control to add/remove users from that role but I only see how to delegate control to the entire OU, not just one Security Group.

Must I move my group to it's own OU to delegate control or is there a way to delegate control to just the security group?

It's kind of odd in that I want to delegate control of one group to members in another group, but that's what I need to do.
