A java program to trigger an ASP.NET button via the WCF web service.

Hi,

I am implementing a java program to trigger an ASP.NET button via the WCF web service.

I know that i can pass info to the web service but is it possible to send a request having a button event invocation?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't think so. Instead, what you perform in the button click event  (assuming some WCF service method is called) could could call the method itself in Java.

The problem is that the button won't be visible as the webservice should invoke it behind the scene. Not possible at all?
